Geospatial analysis

Geospatial analysis applies statistical analysis and other analytic techniques to data that has a geographical or spatial aspect.

Geospatial analysis uses this data to build maps, graphs, statistics, and cartograms to make complex relationships understandable. These representations can reveal historical shifts, shifts that are underway today, and can even point to shifts that are likely to occur in the future.
