Scuba Connection Issue
Symptom: The error message indicates a network or authentication issue
Solution:
Verify that the Scuba endpoint is accessible (example: log into your Scuba instance)
Generate and use a new API key for your user account
Test credentials via the external API (advanced users: https://docs.scuba.io/guides/use-the-scuba-external-query-api)
Query Returns Error in Tableau Desktop or Server
Symptom: The error message indicates an unexpected behavior, with error code
Solution:
Review the query in the Scuba UI if using a Response ID or Saved Query to verify it works properly
Check for missing keywords, incorrect time ranges, or syntax errors if using BQL
Reach out to Scuba Customer Success & Operations for support if basic troubleshooting fails
Query Returns No Results
Symptom: The connector runs successfully but returns an empty dataset
Solution:

Long Running Query
